Fee Structure
Hourly Consulting - $325
There are times when you need a few hours to find the right solution and with a focused conversation, well thought out options can be found. Sometimes this can be accomplished through a single meeting or it may be something that can be resolved over time. Whatever is required, Kathryn will work with you to capitalize on the best arrangement for you.

Six months Focused Consulting - $11,000
This is designed for clients who want to be recognized for their undeniable Political Capitol. In this committed intensive 6-month period we create a custom plan for you and a schedule that maximizes each meeting. If you are truly committed to being the best leader you can be and be known for your impressive skills and you are ready and willing to be accountable, this is the right choice for you. This is how it works: We will work together outlining the targets you want to reach and the best way for you to reach them. Each quarter we will review and evaluate your progress and determine the next steps to your success. Kathryn reserves the right to discontinue the relationship if the client is not following through with their work.
The fee structure of $11,000 is broken into six monthly payments of $1,800. Each quarter the fee is paid up front as a pledge of the client’s follow-through.
